- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - LARSEN LANE WIDENING Notice is hereby given that the Harrisville City Council will hold a public hearing on August 9, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., in the Harrisville City Office located at 363 W. Independence Boulevard, Harrisville, Utah. The City Council will receive the recommendations from the City Engineer for the widening and expansion of Larsen Lane and will take public comment in support and opposition to the proposed widening. Your input is encouraged to become familiar with the proposed design and for other aspects of this road project. Please plan to attend so that you can be informed. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Jennie Knight at 801-782-4100, Extension 1000 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
