The meeting's agenda is as follows:1.Welcome 2.Roll call 3.Opening ceremony 4.Approval of the agenda 5.Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6.Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the following public hearings in the following order: A. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Krissy Smith at 20 North 900 East for a conditional use for a "Home Occupation" to operate a gourmet cookie business from said address. B. Receive public input and consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Craig Rupp, that property (4.34 acres) North of Highway 101 (Main Street) and South of the railroad tracks and ajoining the East side of the right-of-way of Highway 89/91 be rezoned CH, Highway Commercial. Said property is identified by County tax I.D. # 11-088-0022. C. Receive public input and consider making a recommendation to the City Counsel on a request from Loyal Green, that property (3.10 acres) at 825 East Main be rezoned CH, Highway commercial. Said property is identified by County tax I.D. #s 11-112-0001, 11-112-0002, 11-112-0003, 11-112-0004 and 11-112-0005. 7. Review for approval a concept plan for the Sterling Ridge Subdivsion, consisting of 36 lots on 29.49 acres in the RA-1 zone. Said property is located on the West side of Center Street from 1421 South to 1600 South. 8. Other zoning matters.
