GUNNISON CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING WEDNESDAY AUGUST 17, 2016 AT 7:00PM GUNNISON CITY HALL VACATION OF PART OF RIVER BEND SUBDIVISION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Gunnison City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00PM (or soon thereafter) on Wednesday August 17, 2016, Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah 84634 for the purpose of receiving public comment and considering an Application for the Vacation of Part of the River Bend Subdivision, located in the vicinity of 500 South Street and 400 East Street, Application submitted by John Mogle and Kasey Petersen. The Gunnison City Planning Commission considered the Application and has now transmitted a recommendation to the Gunnison City Council for consideration. All those interested in this item are encouraged to attend the meeting and participate in the Public Hearing. Additional information, including a map identifying the Part of the River Bend Subdivision proposed to be vacated is available by contacting Janell Braithwaite, City Recorder, at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah 84634 during regular business hours. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. /s/Janell Braithwaite, City Recorder
