- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council shall conduct 2 public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the City Office at 75 East Main. Said hearings shall begin at 6:30 p.m. and shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Presentation by JUB Engineering on the updated Stormwater Management Plan, then receive public input, then consideration of approving said plan. 2. Review required changes to the stormwater code to comply with new state stormwater regulations, then receive public input on said required changes.
