Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of previous meetings 6. At 6:05 conduct the following public hearing in the order below: A. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Gordon Stuart for a conditional use for a 3 dog kennel at 567 South Center B. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Debra Leishman for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for a daycare facility for 16 children at 745 East 400 North. Current daycare facility is allowed 8 children. C. Receive public input and consider for approval a request by Don Hartle, agent for Wellsville City, for a conditional use for a public utility. A 1,000,000 gallon culinary water reservoir at approximately 50 North 450 West. 7. Consider for approval the Final Plat for the Dale Anderson Subdivision containing a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 332 North 200 East 8. Continued review for recommending to the City Council that they adopt a resolution approving the revised/updated General Plan 9. Continued workshop on the revisions to the land use tables and code 10. Other zoning matters
