- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Discuss attorney services provided by Olson & Hoggan 9. Curtis Maughan to discuss electricity on city square 10. At 6:30 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider for approval the concept plan for the Parkinson Acres subdivision consisting of a total of 3 lots on property on the West side of 200 East from 1135 South to approx. 1249 South 11. Brett Lamont to discuss leasing the open space in the Mt. Sterling Estates subdivision between Aspen Way and Highway 89/91 12. Justin Card is requesting approval to live in a camp trailer while he build a home on the lot 13. Collette Howard to discuss dust on 200 East from 350 South to 7090 South 14. Approve contracts on sidewalks 15. Approve Cooperative Agreements with Utah Department of Transportation 16. Discuss for approval the installation of signs and crosswalks necessary for the relocation of the elementary school 17. Department reports 18. City Manager/Recorders report
