MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2016 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Business licenses: Diamond Rental 1135 W 12th Street. 4. Monthly financial report. 5. Discussion/action on Ordinance approving Morris Meadows 21 Lot Subdivision at 1600 West 700 South. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Government Records Access Management Act. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Chapters 13.01 General Provisions, Chapter 13.02 Land Use Administration, Section 13.26.300 Access, and Chapter 12.01 Subdivision Access. 8. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 9. Adjourn until August 18, 2016. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about July 14, 2016. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
