- NIBLEY CITY COUNCIL AGENDA May 6, 2010 Notice is hereby given that the Nibley City Council will hold a Council Meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the Nibley City Hall, 625 West 32000 South at 6:00 pm Mayor Gerald Knight conducting ? 6:00 Call to order, minutes of April 15, 2010 read and approved and approval of agenda ? Review and approval of law enforcement and animal control contracts with Cache county Sheriff Department ? Consideration of Ordinance 10-05 Weed Control and removal ? Presentation of the Nibley City Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 ? Acceptance of the tentative budget for the fiscal year 2010-2011 ? Presentation of the proposed amended budget for the Nibley City budget for the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 ? Consideration of Ordinance 10-06 Establishing a Tree Board to recommend City policies concerning the planting and care of trees in the city generally and on city property specifically ? Consideration of Agreement with the Cache County School District for the joint use fo the Community Center ? Consideration of the waiver of impact fees for the new Nibley Elementary School ? City Manager reports ? Council reports ? Adjourn
