MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2015 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on Riverside Estates Subdivision - 1st Amendment at 1055 North 3650 West by Jayne Ralston. 4. Public hearing on application to amend the zoning map from A-1 to C2-P at 517 North 2000 West by Murray Family Holdings, LLC. 5. Discussion/action on public hearing. 6. Discussion/action on commercial site plan at 517 North 2000 West by Murray Family Holdings, LLC. 7. Commission and staff follow-up. a. New requirements from Bona Vista Water. b. Sierra RV. c. Diamond Rental. d. Upland Ranches. e. Morris Meadows. 8. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about August 13, 2015.
