NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) Discussion regarding Community Covenants and our relationship with military citizens and families in our Community - National Guard representative Bartley Johnson 2 Adopt Tentative Budget for 2010-2011 Fiscal Year 3) Discuss Sanpete Messengers request for donation to sponsor Memorial Day list of events $25.00 4) Tree Utah Plantings at the new Fire Station – Arbor Day Celebration, May 6, 3 p.m.-Volunteers needed 5) Discuss Water Rate Tiers 6) Proposed Corrections and Maintenance of City water lines to prevent future Water problems 7) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for April 28, 2010 8) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 9) Bills and Adjustments 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
