Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE PUBLIC HEARING The Nibley City Council is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The Nibley City Council tax on a $213,000 residence would increase from $173.85 to $195.29, which is $21.44 per year. - The Nibley City Council tax on a $213,000 business would increase from $316.09 to $355.07, which is $38.98 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Nibley City Council would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 11.83% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
