Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold three Public Hearings on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the first Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Farr West Auto located at 2010 West 1025 North The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider amending Ordinance Chapter 5.12, the Alcohol Beverage Control Ordinance The purpose of the third Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider amending Ordinance Chapter 9.08, the Juvenile Curfews Ordinance All interested residents are invited to attend.
