NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Public Hearing with its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah 1)7:00-7:30 p.m. –A Public Hearing to Receive Input from the Public with Respect to the Issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”) and the Economic Impact that the Improvements Proposed to be Financed with the Bonds will have on the Private Sector. The Bonds to be Issued in the Aggregate Principal Amount of Not to Exceed $275,000, issued for the Purpose of Financing Improvements to the New City Hall and Related Improvements and Paying Issuance Expenses to be incurred in Connection with the Issuance and Sale of the Bonds.
