The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of the accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Discuss with possible action on the on the 'Request for Proposals' for the new public works facilities 9. Tyler Putnam to discuss sewer service line crossing 600 South 10. Discuss with possible approval for proceeding with the sewer influent screen, building and related needs 11. At 7:00 p.m. conduct the following public hearings in the order below: A. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all the City 2015/2016 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustment to balance the budgets B. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2016/2017 C. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2016/2017 D. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2016/2017 certified tax rate E. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2016/2017 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, and Stormwater Fund F. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2016/2017 G. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment repealing 3-2A-13-D of the city code which prohibits the sale of beer between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. 12. Discuss possible problems with posted speed signs on 200 South going East and West 13. Discuss emergency contact phone numbers 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report
