Description/Agenda: The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. At 6:05 conduct the following 2 public hearings in the order below: A. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from James Stopher for a conditional use for a 3 dog kennel at his home at 1547 South Aspen Way. B. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Lynsey Tibbits for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for daycare at her home at 588 North 800 East. 7. Approve a lot line adjustment for Brad White on property at approx. 450 North 150 East 8. Continued review for considering recommending to the City Council that they adopt a resolution approving the revised/updated General Plan 9. Continued workshop on the revisions to the land use tables and code. 10. Other zoning matters
