MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m.; the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JUNE 21, 2016 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Oath of Office for appointments. 4. Public hearing on an Ordinance adopting Chapter 15.09 Excavation and Clean Fill Regulations. 5. Public hearing on an Ordinance adopting Chapter 15.16 Outdoor Lighting Standards. 6. Public hearing on an Ordinance amending Chapter 13.35 Sign Regulations. 7. Public hearing on an Ordinance amending Chapters 13.01 General Provisions and Chapter 13.02 Land Use Administration. 8. Discussion/action on public hearing. 9. Discussion/action on site plan for Borrett Animal Hospital located at 875 West 12th Street. 10. Discussion/action on 400 North Commercial subdivision at 400 North 2000 West by Bob Anderson. 11. Commission and staff follow-up. 12. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about June 16, 2016.
