MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, June 16, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, JUNE 16, 2016 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Monthly financial report. 4. Public hearing followed by discussion/action on a Resolution for the adoption of FY 2015-16 amended budget. 5. Public hearing followed by discussion/action on a Resolution for the adoption of FY 2016-17 final budget. 6. Public hearing followed by discussion/action on a Resolution for the adoption of FY 2015-16 final budget for Pioneer Special District. 7. Discussion/action on Resolution implementing a fire hydrant installation, operation, and maintenance fee. 8. Convene Community Development and Renewal Agency and discussion/action on Resolution to authorize the establishment of the Jeremiah West Survey Area. 9. Discussion/action on Fourth of July. 10. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 11. Adjourn until July 21, 2016. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about June 9, 2016. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
