NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION
June 9, 2016
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation will hold a Special Meeting at The Waldorf Astoria 2100 Frostwood Drive, Park City, Utah 84098 commencing at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2016.
One or more Trustees of UHC may participate via telephonic conference originated by the President. In that event and within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting will be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location will be the offices of UHC located at 2479 Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The agenda will be substantially as follows:
1. Approval of minutes:
- April 28, 2016 Regular Meeting
2. Resolution 2016-09 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $150,000,000 GNMA MBS
3. Resolution 2016-10 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $150,000,000 Fannie Mae MBS or whole loan transactions
4. Resolution 2016-11 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $200,000,000 Tax Exempt GNMA MBS
5. Resolution 2016-12 authorizing UHC to enter into master participation agreements with American Express Bank, FSB and American Express Centurion Bank for the sale of an undivided participation interest in not to exceed $100,000,000 single family mortgage loans
6. Resolution 2016-13 a Reimbursement Resolution for Liberty Crossing, South Salt Lake City, Utah
7. Resolution 2016-14 Authorizing a mortgage loan of not to exceed $12,000,000 to finance the acquisition and construction of the Liberty on Main, South Salt Lake City, Utah
8. Resolution 2016-15 Authorizing a mortgage loan of not to exceed $21,478,000 to finance the acquisition and construction of the Veranda Apartments, Draper, Utah
9. Resolution 2016-16 Authorizing a mortgage loan of not to exceed $25,500,000 and the issuance and sale of $4,500,000 subordinate tax-exempt bonds to finance the acquisition and construction of the Boulders Apartments, Provo, Utah
10. Resolution 2016-17 Authorizing a mortgage loan of not to exceed $12,000,000 to finance the acquisition and construction of the Artesian Springs Apartments, Murray, Utah
11. Resolution 2016-18 approving 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit reservations
