- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 15, 2016, at 7:00 pm., 90 West Main, Salina City shall hold a public hearing to receive input from the public on the application to the Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) in the amount of $650,000.00. This loan application will be for upgrades and repairs at the Salina City Swimming Pool.
