Description/Agenda: NOTICE The South Valley Sewer District (SVSD) is the pretreatment Control Authority over industrial wastewater discharges within its boundaries. In accordance with SVSD Pretreatment Rules and Regulations, the public may comment on the contents of individual wastewater discharge permits prior to finalization and issuance of such permits to significant industrial users (SIU). SVSD invites the public to comment on the following draft SIU individual wastewater discharge permit: Wasatch Product Development - Permit No. Y-014C, 427 West 11950 South, Draper, UT 84020. The draft permit may be viewed on the SVSD website http://www.svsewer.com. Written comments may be addressed to: Pretreatment Coordinator, South Valley Sewer District, P.O. Box 629, Riverton, UT 84065 or stevenc@svsewer.com. Comments will be accepted on or before 4:00 PM, June 30, 2016.
