GUNNISON CITY BUDGET HEARINGS Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing on the proposed 2016-2017 fiscal year operating and capital budget for Gunnison City, and to reopen the 2015-2016 Budget. The hearings will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at the Gunnison City Hall. The Public Hearings are scheduled as follows: 7:00 p.m. Reopen the 2015-2016 Budget 7:30 p.m. Proposed 2016-2017 budget. The 2016-2017 budget contains transfers from the Water Fund to the General Fund of not more than $350,000 and to the Pressurized Irrigation Fund of not more than $14,000. The budget also includes a loan of $22,000 from the Pressurized Irrigation Fund to the Water Fund. All interested parties are invited to attend. In compliance with the ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
