The Nibley City Administrative Hearing Officer will hold a public meeting to consider the request by Verizon Wireless for a variance from the cell tower landscaping requirements outlines in Nibley City Code 10-22-4(G) on property located at approximately 2990 South 800 West in Nibley. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at the Nibley City Offices, 455 West 3200 South.
