Description/Agenda: The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning a preliminary plat for Summerfield Place Subdivision, a twenty-nine (29) lot subdivision located at approximately 2700 South 1000 West. The public hearing will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The hearing will be held at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South. The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning a proposed update to the City's annexation policy plan.
