Description/Agenda: GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: 1. A proposed lot split request at approximately 50 North 200 East – Nate Seamons. 2. A proposed combining of two lots owned by Cary & Melissa Judy at 277 East and 289 East 100 North. 3. A proposed lot split request at approximately 400 North 100 West – Elizabeth Jenkins/Brent Jensen 4. A proposed lot split request at approximately 267 West 100 North – Jeff Oliver In compliance with ADA, citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to meeting.
