2. Leadership Circle LLC requests Final Commercial Development Approval for a Specialty Grocery to be located at 989 South Main Street
3. Witt Excavating requests Final Commercial Development Approval for Witt Warehouse to be located at approximately 2805 South Highway 40
4. Discuss and consider recommendation for proposed Form Based Code and Design Criteria
