NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with a meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Receiving Public Comment on Proposed Amendments to Chapter 17, Supplementary Development Standards Applicable to Certain Property and Land Uses, Allowing for Mobile Businesses 3. Commission Training ~ Bruce Parker, Planning and Development Services 4. Proposed Approval to Recommend Application for Land Use Ordinance Amendment, Chapter 17 Allowing for Mobile Businesses to the Gunnison City Council 5. Discuss Land Use Ordinance Amendment Application, Appendix B, Standards for Primary Buildings and Structures, Reducing Required Lot Frontage for two-family dwellings in R2-10 Zone 6. Discuss Rezoning of Properties on Main Street 7.
