- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Review for approval a revised final plat for the Pioneer Divide Subdivision 9. Mr. & Mrs. Robert Silk to discuss a possible donation of a painting for the new City Office 10. Nevaloni Pulotu to discuss a water leak 11. Discuss and consider the driveway between the city fire station and the old post office to the West 12. Dan Durham to discuss a charity run 13. Discuss possible trail head grant and commitment 14. At 7:30 conduct a public hearing to receive public input then consider for possible approval the General Fund and the Water Fund each loaning the Sewer Fund up to $200,000.00 each 15. Continued discussion on safe access for students to the relocated Wellsville Elementary 16. Continued discussion for possible approval relating to needed improvements at the sewer lagoons 17. Discuss the possibility of amending the beer code 3-2A-13-D 18. Workshop on the 2016/2017 budget 19. Department reports 20. City Manager/Recorders report
