MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2016 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public hearing to amend zoning map at approximately 1800 West 400 North for Parcel Numbers 150340085 and 150340086 from A-1 (Agriculture) to C-2P (Commercial) by Frank Blair. 4. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending the zone at approximately 1800 West 400 North for Parcel Numbers 150340085 and 150340086 from A-1 (Agriculture) to C-2P (Commercial). 5. Discussion/action on site plan at approximately 1800 West 400 North for Parcel Numbers 150340085 and 150340086 for convenience store with fuel and food. 6. Discussion/action on Elmersville Subdivision Amendment and lot line adjustment at 981 West 1700 South. 7. Discussion/action on final approval for seven (7) lot subdivision at approximately 2485 West Pioneer Road by: John Duddleston. 8. Discussion/action on site plan extension for LDS Seminary at approximately 1500 West 500 North. 9. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Commercial and Manufacturing Zoning Regulations. 10. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Subdivision Regulations. 11. Commission and staff follow-up. 12. Adjourn.
