PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Council will hold a Regular City Council Meeting Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at the City Building, located at 26 South 100 West, which shall begin at 7:00 p.m. NOTICE & AGENDA 7:00 PM – Call to Order 1. Mayor’s Welcome 2. Roll Call of Members Public Hearing –Local Building Authority Purpose of Public Hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact that the Project financed in whole or I part with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector. Recognition and response to visitors relating to City Business 1. Rob Adams – Economic Development Update 2. Melissa Sevy – Role of City Government During Crisis Consent Issues 1. Bills and Payroll 2. Minutes of March 16, 2010 Regular Meeting; March 18, 2010 Special Meeting 3. Financial Report March 2010 Ordinance & Resolution 1. Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its $300,000 Local Building Authority of Milford City, Beaver County, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2010 to finance the cost of expansion and renovation of the existing city library and related improvements; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated..
