- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled council meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the City Office at 25 North 100 East in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 7:30 p.m. In consideration of, then receive public input regarding the water fund and the general fund each loaning the sewer fund up to $200,00.00 each.
