- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the new city office building at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mervin H. Weeks for expansion and upgrade of facilities for a fruit stand with milk shakes and nursery at his property at 795 East 400 North, based on his current conditional use permit.
