PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Emery County Housing Authority will meet in their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the commission conference room, Room 221, 75 East Main Street (2nd floor) Castle Dale, Utah 84513. A tele-conference call with HUD personnel will be held during this meeting. 1. Report from Jennifer Roberts on waiting lists, occupancy and other administrative issues. Approval of any action taken. 2. Report and discussion of tenant account receivable balances/rent register. Consideration and approval of any repayment contracts and evictions. 3. Insurance for Board of the Emery County Housing Authority. 4. Discussion and approval for a second signature stamp. 5. Discussion of lawn care for the public housing. 6. Presentation of financial information and approval of monthly expenses. Ratification of March and April 2016 Section 8 checks. 7. Closed session for strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board.
