NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold three Public Hearings on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the first Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request of a re-zone of the Ogden Cycle Association Property located at approximately 2390 West 4000 North, land parcel numbers 19-001-0103 and 19-002-004, from the A-1 zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider approval of the amended Planning Commission ordinance The purpose of the third Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider approval of the amended sign ordinance All interested residents are invited to attend.
