NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. 1) Invocation 2) Discuss and Proposed Approval of City Hall Fire Inspection Expenditure 3) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Purchase of New Lawnmower 4) Proposed Approval of Part-time Summer Maintenance Workers 5) Discuss Roof at City Hall ~ Councilmember Jensen 6) Schedule Next Employee Staff Meeting 7) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, April 6, 2016, Open and Closed Sessions 8) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 9) Future Items 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
