- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Dall Stream Setback Variance Beaver Springs Ranch, Weber Canyon, Oakley Utah Parcel: BSR-5-79 acres, 0.93 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Board of Adjustment, in accordance with section 11- of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed variance for the above location. The public hearing will be held: Thursday, April 28, 2016 Beginning at 6:30 p.m. County Courthouse Council Chambers 60 North Main Street, Coalville, Utah 84017 The property owners, Karen Dall and Corby Dall, are requesting a variance from the required 100' setback from the year round stream setback requirements in order to construct an addition onto the existing cabin on the lot.
