Notice of Meeting Planning and Zoning Regular Meeting 38 West Center Street Gunnison, Utah 84634 April 13th, 2016 at 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting, Wednesday, April 13th, 2016 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. Roll Call 3. Public Comments 4. David Wright inquiries about Fieldstone Academy, Located at 682 South Main Street. Community Center a. Discuss potential zoning issues b. Ascertain the support within the community 5. Robert Childs inquiries about obtaining a variance for a building a multi-family home; located approximately at 345 East 200 South. 6. Bryan Young: Discussion of a variance request. 7. Discussion of zoning changes to Main Street (111 North Main Street, GIC). 8. Proposed Approval of Planning and Zoning minutes for Wednesday, March 9th, 2016. 9. Mobile Business license set date for Public Hearing. 10. Discussion of future items to be placed on agenda. 11. Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
