Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of West Point, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at the West Point City Building at 3200 West 300 North on Thursday, April 14, 2016. This meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
Work Session
The Planning Commission will hold a work session beginning at 6:00 p.m.
1. Discussion regarding a Conditional Use Permit for Ready, Set Go Preschool, located at 1889 West 350 North, Shannon Cotter & Debra Thomas, applicants.
2. Discussion regarding a Conditional Use Permit for Cornerstone Bible Church, located at 3072 West 300 North, Justin Gort, applicant.
3. Discussion regarding Preliminary & Final Plat Approval for Red Barn Ranch Subdivision located at 2737 West 300 North, Braun Bennett, applicant.
4. Discussion regarding a Second Amended Plat Approval for Davis Farms South Subdivision lots 7 A & B, located at 3794 West 1800 North, Bill Phifer, applicant.
