NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 6th day of April 2010. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Bischoff B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mike Caldwell C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Bischoff D. Presentation Presentation of the Seal of Service Award to Angela Martin from the Engineering Department. Presentation: Curtis Christensen E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of Purchase Orders. 2. Request for approval of Warrants #260639 - #260788 in the amount of $334,201.82. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on March 30, 2010. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request from the Weber-Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus items from the clinical nursing services division. 6. Request from the Weber County Department of Operations for approval to surplus vehicles. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County Haylee Mills for Legal Counsel to Indigent Defendants. Presenter: Dave Wilson/Brad Dee 2. Request for approval of an Addendum to an Agreement by and between Weber County and Sean Young for Legal Counsel to Indigent Defendants. Presenter: Dave Wilson/Brad Dee 3. Request for approval of a contracts by and between Weber County and Wheeler Machinery for lubrication and maintenance on the following: CAT 966F CAT 950F. Presenter: Gary Laird 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories for construction materials, testing and construction inspection services for the animal shelter expansion. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Post Bros., LLC to provide storage/maintenance building and outdoor storage for equipment used by Weber County Property Management.
