The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2.Roll Call 3.Opening Ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. At 6:05 Open for public input/department reports 8. At 6:15 conduct a public heaing to receive public input and consider for approval the Premilinary Plat for the LaVell Leishman Subdivision containing a total of 3 lots (2 additional Building lots) at 245 North 100 East 9. At 6:30 tour fire department facilities 10. Review for approval the Final Plat for the Hendry Subdivision containing a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) at 40 North 100 West 11. Bevan Higbee wants to make suggestions regarding the Wellsville Dam 12. Make recommendation and discuss the necessary improvements and finances for the West Park in the Red Slide Subdivision 13. Update on the progress of new 1,000,000 gallon reservoir and approval of a financial consultant on the project 14. Discuss for approval authorization to proceed for financing the new reservoir 15. Review and discuss the proposed County Special Event Code 16. City Manager/Recorders report
