Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Council has passed ORDINANCE, O-16-04, amending Title 5, Chapter 2A, Section 1 of the Garland City Code pertaining to the age at which dogs are required to be licensed which is now four (4) months old on March 23, 2016. A new section was also added requiring removal of animal waste by their owner left anywhere other than the owners property.
