- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Garland City Building at 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public input on the purposed Public Facilities Zone.
