Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing on the proposed Gunnison City land acquisition at approximately 155 South Main. The Public Hearing will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed land acquisition and the proposed loan from a utility fund and the terms of the loan necessary to facilitate this acquisition. In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
