Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular council meeting on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Said meeting shall begin at Sharp Transportation at the intersection of 400 North and 900 East a 5:30 p.m. Then at 6:00 p.m. the council meeting shall move to the City Office located at 25 North 100 East in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. County Trail Planner, Dalton Crites, to meet with the council 9. Jay Davis to meet with the council regarding the Pioneer Divide Subdivision on the South side of 400 North at 150 East 10. Wade Campbell to discuss various concerns in the area of the City Cemetary 11. Jed Willets to discuss potential roads an access onto Main Street (Highway 101) at the East boundary of the City 12. Discuss possible requirements for mail boxes on City Street right-of-ways 13. Discuss possible consideration of adopting a policy on receiving a 'fee-in-lieu' rather than installing sidewalks 14. Discuss and list capital needs, then consider the possibility of having a impact fee analysis completed 15. Discussion and review with possible action on proceeding with the construction of the new public works facilities 16. Consider for possible approval possible change orders and other related matters to the new City Office building 17. Department reports 18. City Manager/Recorders report
