Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS will conduct a public hearing as part of its meeting on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 6:05 p.m. at the City Offices at 25 North 100 East in Wellsville. The board shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Byron and Diane Anderson at 68 North 200 West to divide their property into 2 lots (1 additional building lot). Said property has 175 feet of frontage, but the existing home sets 90 1/2 feet from the North boundary line. Code required 82 1/2 feet of frontage for a new lot and the existing home would be required to have 10 feet sideyard, which results in the width to be 92 1/2 feet. Said property would have only 90 1/2 feet thereby resulting in an application for a variance.
