Notice of Special Meeting of the Roy City Council Tuesday, March 30, 2010 Administration Conference Room 5051 South 1900 West Roy, Utah 84067 Council Meeting – 6:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has ordered a special meeting of the Roy City Council to be held in the Roy City Administration Conference Room beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March, 30, 2010. AGENDA 1. Welcome – Mayor Ritchie 2. Consideration of Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Weber County and Roy City for Justice Court Services 3. Consideration of Resolution 966 Authorizing the Roy City Mayor to Execute an Agreement Establishing the Weber County Justice Court and Municipal Affiliates as Part of the Roy Justice Court 4. Adjourn On Friday, March 26, 2010 at 11:30 AM a copy of the foregoing notice of the Agenda was posted in a conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Roy City Hall, Roy, Utah. A copy of this notice was provided to a newspaper of general circulation in the City and to a local media correspondent by the Office of the City Recorder.
