PHS Board Meeting Agenda March 9, 2016 6:00 pm 825 East 1180 South, Ste 300 American Fork Utah (Coldwell Office Building) Conference call in #(641) 715-3580 access code 338-654 Public is welcome to call in or attend. (Begin Recording) I. Welcome (3 minutes) A. Roll Call of Board B. Introductions II. Public Comment (1-2 minute limit per individual) Public Comment is time for the public to give input to the board, but is not discussion time. Comments are limited to 1-2 minutes per individual. Those who wish to make a longer presentation to the board may contact the board secretary or chairman more than 24 hours prior to the next meeting to be included on the agenda. Administrative items regarding day-to-day operation of the school should be referred to the school director for resolution. Individuals who have previously met with the school director and still have concerns can feel free to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. III. Consent Agenda (1 minute) IV.
