Ordinance additions, amendments and modifications to Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 11 Supplementary & Qualifying Regulations Section 10-11-2 (Lots in Separate Ownership) and 10-11-5 (Separately Owned Lots: Reduced Yards). 2.
