Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Lewiston City will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Lewiston City Ballroom located at 29 South Main, Lewiston, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding animal rights and the definition for animals considered for “family food production” in the Residential R1-10 zone of Lewiston City. The Planning Commission will conduct this public hearing and comments will be subject to a two (2) minute time period.
