- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Swearing in of the Youth Council 9. At 6:15 conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for approval the concept plan for the Cherry Subdivision, consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 165 South 300 East 10. Mark Thompson to discuss request for culinary water 11. Sharp Transportation requesting waiver of curbs and sidewalks on 400 North street as a result of building an office building at 390 North 900 East 12. Larry Mortensen to discuss damaged mail box, due to snow removal 13. Betty Balls to discuss Cache Valley Transit 14. Discuss for possible decision on a 2016 Restaurant/Rapz tax application 15. Consider for possible approval possible change orders and other related matters to the new city office building. 16. Chief Clint Kerr-update on fire department 17. Decision on potential wages for 2016/2017 budget year 18. Department reports 19. City Manager/Recorders report
