Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held Tuesday April 6, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. in the Lewiston City Ballroom located at 29 South Main, Lewiston, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comment on an Ordinance Amending Chapter 1 of the Subdivision Regulations for Administration and Enforcement of the current code. This public hearing will be held in conjunction with the regular Planning Commission meeting and will run from 8:00 p.m. – 8:20 p.m. Julie T. Bergeson Recorder
